Our client sustained severe injuries and brain trauma as a result of negligent driving by a young driver. McNally Law was able to obtain compensation and lifelong care for her.

Client, a trucker in Gary, Indiana, was beaten by two police officers who were ultimately sentenced to 12 years in prison. Client sustained a closed head injury, as well as psychological injuries. Suit was filed against the City of Gary as there were prior incidents involving the officers. A judgment/settlement of $2,700,000.00 was obtained for the client.

Client struck by semi-truck in a construction zone on I-75 sustaining serious personal injury. Client was hospitalized for nearly 6 months and had to undergo multiple surgeries. Canadian trucking company attempted to argue that client was at fault but, ultimately, was forced to pay client $1,700,000.00 in damages.

John McNally restored our faith in the lawyer profession. We were calling to get a free consultation with the intent to pay for his services. He spent almost 30 unhurried minutes with us (mostly my wife) on the phone listening patiently to the intricacies of our dilemma. We've never needed a lawyer or talked to one before and honestly, we were expecting a brash, get to the point interaction. This was *not* John. To top it off with the most impressive part...he recommended in our situation to not use him or any other lawyer and instead told us how to handle it ourselves. Mind you, this is for a small claims type of situation, but we were still flying blind. He could have recommended himself for the profit and did not. We would not have known we could do this ourselves. At the end, he offered his services if our situation changed to an extent that he was needed.
